You may request the closure of your 999r account at any time by contacting live chat support or emailing the support address listed in these Terms. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are in progress.
